We interweave breath work, meditation in motion, yogic philosophy, and anatomy in each class.  Classes are mostly in the tradition of Kripalu Yoga, but also include parts of other traditions for a well rounded class.  Classes are safe and effective for every age and every body type.  Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our personal yoga and yoga classes will give you a deeper appreciation for all aspects of your life.
