We focus primarily on the core muscles, which are the body’s center of gravity. A strong core is responsible for maintaining proper muscle balance throughout the entire body. We don’t use weight machines that you sit on and work one muscle at a time. Instead, we utilize stability balls, bosu balls, core balls, and dumbbells that challenge the entire body to work as a whole.
We work with all ages and fitness levels to help members of our community live a healthier, more active lifestyle. Our individualized programs work your body in every plane of motion to better replicate everyday activities. Your workout will consist of foam rolling, stretching, cardio, core, balance, and resistance exercises. Reactive training, speed, agility, and quickness training can also be integrated depending on your individual goals. This is all achieved in a challenging, yet fun atmosphere.
We also offer a variety of fitness classes to fit your busy schedule. You and a friend can also start your own class at a time that’s convenient for you.
